Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Evolve Capital Finance ("ECF," "we," "us") provides equipment and business financing. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our websites, apply for financing, or work with us as a vendor partner; how we use and share it; and the choices you have.

1. Information you give us

  • Applications and forms: business and owner contact details, business information, the equipment and amount you're looking for, financial information, and documents you upload.
  • Conversations: messages you send through our website chat assistant, emails, and calls with our team.
  • Vendor partners: company, contact, and deal information you submit through the Vendor Portal.

2. Information we collect automatically

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed, the site or ad that referred you (including ad click IDs), device and browser type, IP address, approximate location (city and state), and how you interact with our pages. We use Google Analytics to understand site usage.

Session recording. We use session recording technology to understand how visitors use our website, find problems, and improve the experience. Recordings capture interactions with our pages and are configured to hide sensitive personal data.

3. Website visitor identification

We use a website visitor identification service to understand who is visiting our site for quality of service and follow-up. When you visit, the service may match your visit to information it already holds or obtains from its data partners, such as your name, business or personal email address, phone number, company, job title, LinkedIn profile, and general location (city and state). This can happen even if you have not filled out a form. We use this information to follow up with people who showed interest in financing, to understand which of our marketing works, and to build advertising audiences as described in Section 5.

We do not use visitor identification information to make credit decisions, and we do not store or use the demographic, income, net-worth, credit-range, or home-value estimates that such services may provide.

4. Form capture

When you type information into a form on our website (for example your name, email, phone number, or company), we and our visitor identification provider may capture those entries and connect them to your visit so we can respond to you. This can include a form you start but do not submit.

5. Advertising, audiences, and measurement

We advertise on platforms such as Google (Google Ads, including YouTube) and LinkedIn. We use the Google tag and similar tools to measure our ads. When you submit an application, we may send a hashed (scrambled) version of the email address or phone number you provided to Google so it can tell us whether an ad led to the application ("enhanced conversions"). We may also upload lists of contacts and website visitors, including people identified through visitor identification, to Google and LinkedIn in hashed form so we can show relevant ads or avoid showing ads to existing customers. These platforms handle data under their own privacy policies.

Under some state privacy laws, these activities may be considered "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or "targeted advertising." You can opt out at any time (see Section 8).

6. How we use information

  • Review financing applications, prequalify, and manage accounts.
  • Contact you about financing you showed interest in, your deal status, or vendor program commissions.
  • Measure and improve our website, services, and marketing.
  • Prevent fraud, protect the security of our services, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Credit checks. With your authorization, we may obtain information from credit reporting agencies and credit data providers as part of reviewing your application. When we check credit, we use soft credit inquiries, which do not affect your credit score.

7. How we share information

  • Service providers that run our website and operations, including our application platform, customer relationship management and workflow automation systems, email and phone tools, analytics and session recording, and our visitor identification provider.
  • Credit and funding partners that help review, approve, and fund your financing, when you apply.
  • Advertising partners such as Google and LinkedIn, as described in Section 5.
  • Legal and business reasons: to comply with law, protect our rights and our customers, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal, financial, or business information for money. Some of the advertising activities in Section 5 may count as "selling" or "sharing" under certain state laws, and you can opt out of them.

8. Your choices

  • Cookie and advertising preferences: . Turning off marketing stops advertising cookies and visitor identification in that browser.
  • Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of selling, sharing, and targeted advertising for that browser.
  • Opt out of selling, sharing, targeted advertising, or visitor identification follow-up: email info@evolvecapitalfinance.com with the subject "Privacy request." We will stop using your information for these purposes and remove you from advertising audience lists we control.
  • Marketing messages: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, reply STOP to texts, or ask us on a call to add you to our internal do-not-call list.
  • Ad platforms: you can also manage ads through Google My Ad Center and LinkedIn advertising settings.

9. Your state privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; to access, correct, or delete it; to get a copy; to opt out of selling, sharing, and targeted advertising; and to appeal if we deny your request. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

To make a request, email info@evolvecapitalfinance.com. We will verify your request before acting on it, and you may use an authorized agent. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information described above: identifiers and contact details, business and professional information, financial and application information, internet and website activity, approximate location, and inferences about your interest in financing. If your application includes government ID or financial account information, we use it only to review and service your financing.

10. Retention

We keep application and account records for as long as needed to provide financing and as required by law. We keep visitor identification and marketing information only while it is useful for following up and measuring our marketing, and we delete it when you ask us to.

11. Call recording

Calls with our sales and support teams may be recorded for quality assurance and training.

12. Security

Evolve Capital Finance is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified. We protect your information with 256-bit encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Card payments, if any, are handled by PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. No system is perfectly secure.

13. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
